WITHIN AUSTRALIA. With the exception of orders to a total value of $15, all other orders are forwarded by way of Australia Post Registered Post, the cost of which is included in the postage charge at the checkout and shown below.

Registered Post within Australia offers:

• a unique identification number for each article
• proof of posting when your article is presented at a post office counter accompanied by a registered Post lodgement form – which is our normal procedure
• signature obtained on delivery
• compensation up to $100 against loss or damage

The Pack & Post charge is calculated in relation to the Total Value of your order to the one destination at the following rates:

ORDER FOR PICK-UP:  If you wish to collect your order from our Montville Shop, please place your order with by telephone to 07-5442 9169 during business hours, 10am to 5pm, 7 days per week.  (NOTE: We are closed from Monday to Sunday for the first two (2) weeks of February annually.)
DO NOT ORDER ON-LINE THROUGH OUR WEB SITE AS POSTAGE IS AUTOMATICALLY ADDED IF YOU DO.

RETURNS:
We comply with the relevant terms outlined by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC), in relation to returns, so please contact us should you have any concerns in relation to your purchases.

In the instance of merchandise displaying Heraldic and/or Scottish Clan Arms which is made-to-order, we have endeavoured to provide adequate opportunity for you to indicate relevant specifications for the item you are ordering. This also includes provision for an “Any Additional Information” area should you wish to advise of any matter additional to the particular specifications sought. If any particular aspect is to be clarified by us, we will contact you to discus the matter, however, once completed to the specifications submitted and/or agreed, we cannot accept the return of any products especially made for you.
